Pursuant to Clause 8 and Clause 9 of Annex 5 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-25 dated 16 February 2026, as well as Order No. 13 of JSC “Uzbekistan TMK” dated 18 February 2026, and in order to further accelerate reforms in the field of technical regulation within the Combine, introduce international standards, improve the company’s operations in accordance with modern requirements, enhance its competitiveness, and strengthen its international reputation, we kindly request you to submit your commercial proposal for the engagement of a highly qualified consulting company.
The consulting company shall provide the necessary practical assistance in implementing the requirements of the international standards ISO 27001 “Information Security Management”, ISO 50001 “Energy Management”, and ISO 26000 “Social Responsibility”, as well as in conducting internal and surveillance audits and successfully carrying out certification processes in order to obtain internationally recognized certificates for the enterprise.
