Environmental
TMK is developing a resource-efficient and low-carbon industrial model. The company is gradually implementing projects in solar energy, green hydrogen, closed-loop water systems, and technogenic waste processing.
The processing of Ingichka technogenic waste, the conversion of ash and slag waste from the Angren Thermal Power Plant into secondary raw materials, and the application of advanced processing technologies in molybdenum, tungsten, and graphite projects are key areas of the ESG strategy.
Social Responsibility
TMK prioritizes safe working conditions, employee skills development, and support for young professionals. The company is implementing modern HSE systems, Near Miss programs, digital safety monitoring, and continuous training programs.
