TMK operates a hotline for corruption, misconduct, and the origin of mineral raw materials. Anonymous reports are accepted; the hotline is open to employees, suppliers, contractors, customers and anyone else.

Reports may also be submitted through drop boxes at the Plant and head office or in person to the Compliance Function.
Corruption and bribery, conflicts of interest, theft and fraud, procurement irregularities, pressure and discrimination, health, safety and environment, as well as mineral supply-chain concerns.
