The primary objective of the insurance is to provide insurance protection to members of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Uzbekistan Technological Metals Combine” against financial losses arising from claims brought against them in connection with decisions made or actions taken in the course of performing their official duties.
The insurance is aimed at minimizing the personal financial risks of members of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Uzbekistan Technological Metals Combine” in the exercise of their corporate governance responsibilities. It provides coverage for related expenses, including legal defense costs, payments under court judgments, compensation payments, and other losses incurred as a result of claims brought by third parties, counterparties, government authorities, or shareholders.
The commercial proposal must fully cover the scope of work, implementation deadlines, cost of services, and other necessary conditions specified in these Terms of Reference.
