The overall objective of the project is to enhance the efficiency of management decision-making at “O‘zTMK” JSC, ensure transparent management of financial flows, and establish a reliable management reporting system (Management Dashboard/Report) for the leadership.
The commercial proposal must fully cover the scope of work, implementation timeline, cost of services, and other necessary conditions specified in the terms of reference.
