Uzbekistan TMС JSC invites a recruitment specialist to provide personnel sourcing and hiring services to ensure the timely delivery of projects across the Republic.
Key tasks within the scope of services:
closing vacancies: sourcing and assessing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing job offers;
onboarding new employees and supporting them through the probation period;
maintaining Analytics and workforce reporting.
Requirements:
higher or secondary education;
at least 2 years of recruitment experience;
hands-on recruitment experience, including mass hiring;
experience with hh.uz, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels;
proficiency in Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage;
strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
experience with AI tools is an advantage.
