Announcement
A tender is announced for commercial proposals to develop a working design for the processing of technogenic waste accumulated at the Kuytosh tungsten mine's tailings storage facility, as well as for the reconstruction and modernization of the mine's main and auxiliary buildings and structures!
Annual capacity: Extraction and processing of 300,000 tons of technogenic waste
Completion period: 4 months
Key works to be performed:
1. Preparation of tailings for re-processing and design for the modernization of the processing plant (gravity, flotation, and magnetic separation sections);
2. Modernization of the warehouse facility, including systems for concentrate drying, additional crushing, and loading;
3. Design of infrastructure, water supply, automated metering systems (ASKUE), automated process control systems (ASU TP), and fire safety systems;
4. Development of environmental protection sections (including the Environmental Impact Assessment/ZEP project and expert review support) and industrial safety sections;
5. Preparation of cost estimates using the resource method at current prices and the Construction Organization Project (QTL).
Requirement: Relevant license and experience in the mining and mineral processing sector.
