In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 28, 2025, "On additional measures to expand the mineral raw material base for industry and increase production in 2025–2026," and within the framework of the "Expansion of tungsten waste processing capacity at the Ingichka plant" project (implemented by "Uzbekistan TMK" JSC), it is planned to carry out a turnkey project covering design, drilling, supply, assembly, construction, and installation works for the technical water supply system and water storage reservoir. In light of the above, we request that you submit your commercial proposals in accordance with the attached requirements. The commercial proposal must include: - the total cost of services; - the project timeline and a phased work plan; - payment terms; - the composition of specialists and experts to be engaged; - information regarding the organization's experience in this field and previously implemented projects.
