A special seminar on anti-corruption measures and conflict of interest management, in accordance with the international standard ISO 37001, was held at the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) as part of the ongoing development of its corporate governance standards.
The training covered the following areas:
➡️ Methodologies for identifying and assessing corruption risks;
➡️ Internal control and audit mechanisms;
➡️ Conflict of interest management systems;
➡️ Due diligence processes for employees and business partners;
➡️ Implementation of transparent and accountable business processes.
Additionally, the training included discussions of case studies based on real-world work processes in procurement, legal, geology, and management. It also examined potential risks and solutions for their effective management.
By putting the principles of ISO 37001 into practice, TMK is strengthening its position as a reliable, transparent, and globally competitive partner in the critical minerals sector.
