

A meeting was held at the ERICA campus of Hanyang University, one of South Korea's leading higher education institutions, attended by a delegation from the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex and the University of Business and Science (Uzbekistan).
Discussions during the meeting covered:
➡️ the practical application of scientific developments in production;
➡️ building a research portfolio through grants and industrial contracts;
➡️ approaches to systematically involving students in solving real-world production challenges.
The parties exchanged views on the prospects of adapting this experience for the advanced engineering schools being established in Uzbekistan, including those in cooperation with industrial enterprises.
The delegation also toured the campus's modern laboratories, project offices, technology transfer centers, and the startup incubation system, which is based on the integration of "education - research - industry."
