The 3rd traditional “For Humanity – 2026” festival is currently taking place at the Uzexpocentre complex in Tashkent.
The festival is aimed at supporting people with disabilities, promoting their employment, developing an inclusive environment, and widely advancing initiatives in the field of social protection.
As part of the event, Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) and “Xonqizi” enterprise, one of the festival participants, signed an agreement for the supply of corporate uniforms for TMK. Today, the company supplies more than 100 types of products to over 50 prestigious companies across the country.
Notably, 12 people with disabilities are currently employed at the enterprise. This serves as a vivid example of practical initiatives focused on supporting inclusive employment, strengthening social protection, and prioritizing human interests.
For TMK, such partnerships represent an important part of its ESG principles, social responsibility, and human capital investment policy.
