A regular meeting was held at TMK's headquarters with representatives of Societe Generale, one of Europe's most prestigious financial institutions operating in more than 60 countries.
The meeting was attended by Konstantin Zhidko, Director of the Natural Resources, Metallurgy and Industry Department at Societe Generale, and Teiba Gulieva, the bank's Managing Director for CIS Countries.
The meeting discussed expanding cooperation, as well as export financing and innovative credit instruments offered by Societe Generale.
A presentation of TMK projects in the field of critical minerals, metallurgy, and scientific research was conducted, and topics of opening new financial avenues for international cooperation were discussed.
Representatives of Societe Generale presented global export financing practices and advanced experience in industry and infrastructure, as well as considered the possibilities of their implementation in TMK's activities.
The bank proposed organizing training courses for TMK employees on a grant basis - these courses will aim to enhance knowledge and skills in project financing and entering international capital markets through IPOs.
