A meeting was held at the headquarters of the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex with a delegation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), led by Edimon Ginting, Special Advisor on Climate Change and Sustainable Development.
During the discussions, the parties exchanged views on strengthening regional and mutual cooperation in the field of critical minerals for industry, as well as outlined further joint steps.
The ADB representatives presented available instruments for technical and financial support for TMK’s project portfolio, along with new financing mechanisms. In turn, UzTMK representatives provided detailed information about the company’s mission, strategic goals, ongoing activities, and priority projects.
Edimon Ginting emphasized the ADB’s readiness to support TMK projects, including through financing and technical assistance in the field of R&D.
The parties agreed on further joint actions to promote sustainable development, industrial innovation, and stronger international cooperation.
