We kindly ask you to submit commercial offers in accordance with the requirements of the technical terms of reference given in the appendix for the provision of technical audit services for the production of molybdenum and tungsten semi-products of the Rare Metals and Hard Alloys Production Plant. The commercial offer must fully cover the scope of work, completion period, cost of services, and other necessary conditions specified in the technical terms of reference.
