The work must be carried out based on the tasks defined in Resolution No. PQ-128 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 28, 2025 (specifically Item 7, Sub-item BM-234 of Appendix 1, and Items 22 and 23 of Appendix 1). The facility is to be classified as Category I regarding environmental impact; the scope must encompass the mining operations, open-pit quarries, and the processing plant as a unified technological complex.
The EIA documentation must be developed in accordance with established procedures, covering all stages from construction through to mine closure and land reclamation. The developing organization must meet the qualification and organizational requirements stipulated by law, and all calculations and studies must be performed by qualified specialists.
The commercial proposal must fully address the scope of work, completion timeline, cost of services, and other necessary conditions specified in the Terms of Reference.
