📍 On the initiative of the Scientific and Technological Development Department of UzTMK, a working meeting was held with representatives of the American University of Technology powered by the University of Arizona.
🎯 The meeting resulted in strategic agreements aimed at strengthening human resource capacity, introducing advanced educational standards, and expanding international cooperation.
Key areas of cooperation include:
🔹 Development and implementation of advanced training courses for UzTMK personnel based on modern academic programs;
🔹 Support for scientific research activities and joint organization of international academic conferences;
🔹 Strengthening academic ties with the Higher School of Technological Metals at UzTMK;
🔹 Launch of specialized master’s degree programs in “Technological Metals and Materials Science”;
🔹 Organization of targeted training and international certification courses in project management for practicing professionals.
📑 Following the discussions, both parties agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize and enhance their long-term partnership on a legal and trust-based foundation.
