Support for the nation's youth is a key priority of state policy. The President's designation of every Thursday as "Youth Day" is a practical manifestation of this focus.
As part of this initiative, Amir Abidov — Deputy Chairman of the Board for New Technologies, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence and a PhD in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering — held an open dialogue with young specialists at the head office of the Uzbek Technological Metals Complex (TMK).
The meeting addressed development trends in the critical minerals industry, artificial intelligence, modern technologies, and the professions of the future.
Amir Abidov emphasized that knowledge, innovation, and technology are the main drivers of competition today, and he urged young people to deeply master foreign languages, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence.
The open dialogue served to hear the proposals and initiatives of the youth, as well as to further strengthen the innovative environment at TMK.
