To promote a healthy lifestyle and foster team unity, a football competition was organized among the employees of the rare metals and hard alloys plant managed by UzTMC.
Teams from various departments of the plant came together to showcase their skills and engage in friendly rivalry. The event not only encouraged physical activity but also strengthened mutual respect and trust among colleagues, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and teamwork.
It is worth noting that the event was held in line with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “On measures to develop team sports and improve the system of selecting talented youth.” Inspired by the success of this initiative, UzTMC plans to organize similar events on a regular basis.
