About us

Uzbekistan’s National Initiative for Critical Raw Materials
Established in 2024 under an initiative led by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) serves as the country’s central enterprise for the development and processing of critical raw materials. TMK integrates exploration, refining, and manufacturing into a single value chain – a vertically integrated model built on the principle of “mine to metal to market.”

TMK is more than a mining company – it is a comprehensive industrial ecosystem integrating exploration, processing, research, and advanced manufacturing. Today, TMK oversees the development of more than 140 assets and R&D projects across 30 strategic mineral commodities, including tungsten, molybdenum, lithium, germanium, and graphite, strengthening Uzbekistan’s position as an emerging center in the global critical raw materials supply chain.
