Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) organized a seminar titled "Anti-Corruption Policy: Objectives, Key Principles, Core Directions, and the Consequences of Non-Compliance" as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the company's anti-corruption management system.
The seminar was conducted by an international expert from CERT Academy, a global training organization.
Today, critical minerals play an increasingly strategic role in the global economy and high-tech industries. For companies operating in this sector, transparent governance, ethical business practices, and robust anti-corruption systems are essential for building the confidence of international investors, financial institutions, and technology partners.
Against this backdrop, participants explored international best practices in anti-corruption governance, including modern approaches to preventing corruption, identifying and assessing corruption risks, managing conflicts of interest, strengthening internal control mechanisms, and understanding the legal and organizational consequences of corruption-related violations. The seminar also provided practical recommendations for implementing these principles effectively within corporate operations.
TMK is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and corporate governance as a trusted partner in the global critical minerals value chain.
