Today, a training session on providing first aid was organized for employees at the TMK head office.
During the training, first-category therapist Elmira Ashirbayeva familiarized the participants with the main methods of preserving a person's life until a doctor arrives.
In particular, fundamental concepts were introduced about crucial skills such as assisting an unconscious person, clearing the airway, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and stopping bleeding.
This training session served to develop TMK employees' ability to make correct decisions in emergency situations, act responsibly, and instill a sense of accountability for their colleagues' lives.
