TMK signs new cooperation memorandums at the Forum

Today, at the Uzbekistan–Türkiye Business Forum held in Tashkent, the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) signed a series of important international cooperation memorandums.

 

 In particular, TMK established partnerships with leading Turkish companies in the following areas:

 

  • KAPEKS Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. — cooperation in the chemical industry, including the production of reagents and industrial chemical products, chemical supply, and localization for technological processes;
  •  Çiftay Construction and Contracting Trade Inc. — cooperation in mining projects, construction and infrastructure development, mine development, and the construction of industrial facilities;
  • ERSEL Ağır Makine San. ve Tic. A.Ş. — cooperation in the supply of heavy industrial and technological equipment, as well as crushing, screening, and processing technologies;
  • Advantage Services Ahmed Asad — cooperation in cybersecurity, digital infrastructure protection, IT solutions, digitalization, and management systems;
  •  ENV & GEMAR (Çevre Yönetimi ve Teknolojileri / Çevre Ölçüm Analiz) — memorandums were signed for the company to become a resident of the R&D Park under TMK and establish its own office.

 

These agreements will help expand mutually beneficial relations, support the joint implementation of investment projects, introduce advanced technologies, and deepen industrial cooperation.
