Currently, a delegation led by Farhod Abdullayev, Chairman of the Board of the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Combine, is visiting the OSTİM company in Ankara, Turkey.
The main purpose of the visit is to expand cooperation within the framework of the "Technopark of Future Metals" project.
The project envisions creating a modern metallurgical chain in Uzbekistan based on the principle of "raw materials - processing - science - finished products," organizing high value-added production, as well as establishing Central Asia's first special economic zone operating under English law.
During negotiations with OSTİM OSB management and visits to investment and foreign trade centers, key areas for the technopark were discussed: infrastructure development, cluster creation, innovation implementation, and joint project execution.
Today, OSTİM unites over 6,200 enterprises across 17 key industries and boasts a developed cluster system, making it a valuable source of experience for shaping the future technopark model.
