🌎The management and employees of JSC "Uzbek Technological Metals Complex" participated in a practical seminar aimed at implementing an anti-corruption and compliance management system based on international standards ISO 37001:2025 and ISO 37301:2021.
✍️The following important areas were covered during this seminar:
✔️ The essence and content of the Law "On Combating Corruption";
✔️ The concept of "corruption," its forms and causes;
✔️ The goals and principles of anti-corruption policy and the consequences of their violation;
✔️ Assessment of corruption risks;
✔️ The concept of conflict of interest and personal interest of employees.
🔔 During the seminar, practical steps were identified to strengthen the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability in the organization's activities, as well as to develop a compliance culture in accordance with modern international standards.
