RMI Requirements.
As you are aware, in preparation for the certification audit of “Uzbekistan Technological Metals Combine” JSC against Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) standards, it is necessary to verify that the personnel responsible for implementing due diligence processes within the mineral raw material supply chain possess the appropriate knowledge and competencies.
In accordance with the auditor's requirements, it is mandatory to provide a contract with a company authorized to deliver the relevant training services, as well as documentation verifying the competence of the trainers/lecturers regarding RMI standards and due diligence processes in the mineral raw material supply chain.
Therefore, to meet the auditor's requirements and compile the necessary supporting documentation for the certification audit, we request that you engage a company capable of providing training services on RMI processes and due diligence in the mineral raw material supply chain, in compliance with the aforementioned requirements. When selecting a company, it is advisable to consider its relevant competence regarding RMI/RMAP requirements and experience in providing training services, as well as the qualifications of its trainers/lecturers and the ability to provide documentation confirming their competence in the RMI field.
The commercial proposal must fully cover the scope of work, completion timeframe, cost of services, and other necessary conditions specified in the terms of reference.
