In honor of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, TMK Chemicals, a TMK facility in the Navoi region, implemented a series of measures aimed at further enhancing occupational safety and improving employee readiness for emergencies.
The program included briefings on occupational safety, fire prevention, and emergency response, as well as evacuation drills. Inspections were conducted on primary fire extinguishing equipment and personal protective equipment, and hands-on first aid training sessions were held.
Such initiatives help reduce operational risks, reinforce a culture of safety, and create a secure working environment for every employee.
This approach is a key criterion for human capital, health, and safety within the modern global ESG agenda.
