The Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) announces the “Best Rationalization Proposal of the Year” competition aimed at supporting innovative ideas, technological solutions, and proposals to improve production in the mining and geological sector.
Proposals are accepted in the following areas:
improvement of mining processes;
technologies for extraction and processing of minerals;
efficient use of energy and resources;
enhancement of environmental safety in production;
digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies;
effective organization of geological exploration;
optimization of metallurgical, beneficiation, and technological processes;
increase of labor productivity and industrial safety.
Winners will be selected in the following categories and awarded one-time cash prizes:
“Best Rationalizer of the Year” — 10 times the minimum wage;
“Most Practical Proposal of the Year” — 7 times the minimum wage;
“For Innovative Approach” — 5 times the minimum wage;
“Young Rationalizer” (under 35) — 3 times the minimum wage.
The application deadline is June 15.
