In collaboration between the UzTMK and international firm SRK Consulting, preliminary geological exploration was carried out at the Sultonbobo prospect, located in Beruniy district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
In partnership with Uzbek Geology Exploration JSC, the geological structure and mineral potential of the area were examined.
During the visit, SRK Consulting representatives also assessed the condition of core samples stored at the Qoratou field camp and exchanged views on potential areas of technological cooperation.
