We request that you submit commercial proposals for conducting an industrial safety expert review of project documentation regarding hazardous production facilities for the following projects: the establishment of pure tellurium production, the construction of Section No. 2 of the Geotechnology Workshop, the establishment of rhenium metal production, and the establishment of pure selenium production. The proposals must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the technical specifications.
The commercial proposal must fully cover the scope of work, completion timeframe, cost of services, and other necessary conditions specified in the technical specifications.
