Bakhtbek Ismailov, a young specialist at the Rare Metals and Hard Alloys Plant of Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK), uses advanced equipment to manufacture toothed drill bits made from tungsten-based alloys, as well as milling and cutting components.
These products require exceptional strength and precision and are used in complex production processes across the mining and metallurgical industries.
Of particular significance is the fact that these products are manufactured in Uzbekistan at TMK’s industrial facilities as part of a fully integrated production chain—from raw materials to finished products.
“Precision is crucial in our work. Sometimes, even fractions of a millimetre can affect the quality of the finished product and the continuity of the entire production process. That is why we approach every component with great responsibility,” says Bakhtbek.
For him, working at TMK is more than just a job. It is an opportunity to master new technologies, work with advanced equipment, and continuously develop his professional skills.
He describes his attitude towards his profession as follows:
“I am proud to be part of the TMK team. We are not simply working for today—we are shaping the future.”
