Today, China is the world's largest consumer and producer of mineral resources. In this regard, China's experience will contribute to faster and more effective implementation of new-generation mining projects in Uzbekistan.
As part of the "Uzbekistan-China Green Minerals Forum", organized by the Ministry of Mining and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan in Tashkent, a meeting was held at the TMK office with a delegation of leading Chinese industrial companies.
The meeting was attended by about forty influential Chinese executives and specialists working in the fields of mining, processing, equipment manufacturing, and "green" technologies.
During the meeting, a detailed presentation was given on the activities of TMK and the large-scale projects being implemented. It was noted that within the framework of these projects, there are ample opportunities for cooperation in various areas, from mineral extraction to processing.
Representatives of Chinese companies showed great interest in the activities of TMK, and an open dialogue took place between the parties on projects and promising areas of cooperation.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold separate negotiations with companies interested in establishing close cooperation with TMK.
