The Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK) has signed a trilateral memorandum of cooperation with CCECC and Hygreen Energy, major international companies specializing in engineering, industrial development, and advanced technologies.
As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to develop large-scale projects under the EPC+F model, covering engineering, equipment supply, construction, and financing of modern industrial facilities for green hydrogen production in Uzbekistan.
CCECC is a major international engineering company with extensive experience in implementing infrastructure and industrial projects across global markets.
Hygreen Energy is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the field of green hydrogen technologies. The company specializes in advanced electrolyzer manufacturing and integrated hydrogen energy solutions, with its technologies deployed in large-scale international projects.
As part of the cooperation with TMK:
➡️ the parties will explore the development of modern electrolyzer complexes in Nurabad and Akhangaran;
➡️ opportunities to attract international financing under the EPC+F model will be assessed;
➡️ cooperation will be expanded in engineering, project management, and the transfer of advanced hydrogen technologies to Uzbekistan;
➡️ innovative industrial solutions will be introduced to support the deep processing of critical minerals and the development of low-carbon metallurgy.
The signing of the memorandum marks another important step toward establishing a modern industrial cluster in Uzbekistan that brings together deep processing of critical minerals, advanced technologies, and green energy solutions.
The implementation of these initiatives will further strengthen Uzbekistan’s position as a leading regional hub for the deep processing of critical minerals and the development of green industrial technologies.
