A delegation from the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex is currently in the Netherlands for a series of meetings focused on critical minerals, advanced technologies, and industrial innovations.
During the visit, discussions were held with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency on attracting investment, grants, and technologies for the critical minerals sector. The delegation also met with Optecs, a company specializing in AI and industrial analytics for the mining and mineral processing industries, to discuss the digitalization and automation of production processes.
Additionally, opportunities for cooperation were explored with several partners: Delft University of Technology, one of Europe's leading research centers, regarding scientific research, technology transfer, and specialist training; SkyGeo, concerning ESG monitoring and industrial safety; the Port of Rotterdam Authority, on developing logistics for critical minerals; and Moxba, in the areas of smart mining and modern metal extraction technologies.
These meetings aim to expand the scope of TMK's international cooperation, attract advanced technologies, and strengthen Uzbekistan's position in the global critical minerals market.
