Joint-Stock Company “Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (TMK)”
announces an open competition for the position of
Head of the Compliance Service
and invites qualified candidates meeting the following requirements to participate in the selection process.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
Employment type: Full-time
Work experience: At least 5 years in the relevant field
Education: Higher education
(preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s or scientific degree).
Candidates who have studied at foreign or international higher education institutions are strongly encouraged to apply.
Specialization: Economics, Finance, or Law.
The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in the economic or legal sector, including at least 5 years of experience at the national (republican) level in the fields of anti-corruption, compliance control, legal affairs, and work with regulatory documents.
Knowledge of legislation:
The candidate must be familiar with the following laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
“On Combating Corruption”
“On Conflict of Interest”
“On the Civil Service”
Professional experience: At least 5 years of total experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.
Language proficiency: Excellent command of Uzbek (proficiency in Russian and English will be considered an advantage).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Confident use of modern information and communication technologies and specialized software relevant to the position.
Ability to effectively operate systems such as EDO.IJRO.UZ, E-ANTICOR.UZ, and software related to public procurement management.
Ensuring that the organization’s anti-corruption compliance system aligns with international anti-corruption standards.
Performing other duties as specified in the job description.

Maintaining confidentiality and preventing the disclosure of state, commercial, or service secrets.
Avoiding conflicts of interest while performing official duties.

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
