Duties:
Construction maintenance:
Control of the compliance of the work performed with the design documentation and regulatory requirements.
Checking the quality of materials and structures used at the facility.
Maintenance of enforcement documentation:
Drawing up and documenting the acts of completed work (CS-2, CS-3).
Maintaining work logs, photo recording of construction progress.
Preparation of executive diagrams and drawings.
Monitoring of work completion deadlines:
Compiling and adjusting work production schedules.
Coordination of contractors and subcontractors for compliance with deadlines.
Interaction with designers and the customer:
Clarification of technical issues and making changes to the project.
Preparing technical specifications and coordinating decisions.
Work with design and estimate documentation:
Verification of the volumes and cost of the work performed.
Control of the correctness of drawing up estimates and defect lists.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and production discipline:
Control over compliance with labor protection standards at the facility.
Participation in the acceptance of completed work stages:
Preparation and participation in commission inspections.
Documentary support of changes and additional works:
Maintaining records of additional agreements, technical specifications, and changes to the project.
Coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
Interaction with supervisory bodies: working with technical supervision, customer, architects.
Work planning and coordination:
Creating graphs.
Requirements:
Knowledge of regulatory documentation:
SNiP, SP, GOST, TU, etc.
The ability to apply standards in work.
Reading drawings and project documentation:
Understanding architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. Ability to work with BIM models (preferably).
Preparation and maintenance of enforcement documentation:
Acts of completed work (CS-2, CS-3).
Work Production Logs.
Coordination and signing of executive schemes.
Work with design and estimate documentation:
Verification of estimates, work volumes, and defect statements.
Quality control and timing of work:
Construction support.
Keeping logs, photo recording.
Drawing up work production schedules.
Software skills:
AutoCAD, Revit (preferably).
MS Excel, MS Project.
1C:Smet.
Attention to details:
Working with drawings and documentation requires high accuracy.
Responsibility:
The PTO is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the technical documentation.
