Responsibilities:
- Operating the technological process of reduction furnaces;
- Preparing and loading raw materials, monitoring temperature regimes and metal reduction time;
- Managing furnace operating modes in accordance with technological guidelines;
- Quality control of the obtained products, sampling, and maintaining documentation;
- Cleaning and preparing furnaces for the next cycle, participating in their maintenance;
- Adhering to material consumption standards and occupational safety requirements;
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a continuous production process.
Requirements:
- Secondary specialized or vocational-technical education (metallurgical or chemical-technological field);
- Experience in production facilities, furnaces, or metallurgical production is an advantage;
- Knowledge of metal reduction technology, furnace operating modes, and handling procedures for high-temperature materials;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, discipline, and willingness to work in high-temperature conditions;
- Readiness for shift work and industrial production environment.
